EHSS Program Manager and PMO - Hybrid/Onsite

Job Summary:

Vantive is seeking an experienced EHSS Program Manager and PMO to lead the management of global EHSS programs, projects, and processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert management of EHSS software systems, developing insightful reports, and driving informed decision-making. This role requires strong analytical and project management skills, with experience in developing EHSS reports and dashboards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Leadership and Collaboration
  • Lead and support Vantive EHSS software systems administration with effective collaboration with IT to ensure continued availability and reliability of the EHSS systems.
  • Implement, maintain, and optimize EHSS software systems to support global EHSS management, data collection, and reporting.
  • Coordinate teams to ensure EHSS projects alignment and integration.
Data Management and Reporting
  • Gather, understand, and document business objectives, user requirements, and specifications.
  • Develop system documentation, training material, and training processes.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and confidentiality in EHSS software systems and reports.
  • Define and articulate business rules required for data accuracy and consistency.
  • Identify and resolve data quality issues.
  • Provide end-user support on applications supported within the organization.
Project Management
  • Develop, analyze, and report Vantive EHSS metrics, results, and sustainability data to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Generate EHSS metrics and dashboard reports to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and support informed business decisions.
  • Oversee and coordinate multiple EHSS projects globally, tracking progress, identifying dependencies, and potential roadblocks.
  • Develop and manage EHSS project plans and timelines.
Problem-Solving and Improvement
  • Identify, analyze, resolve, document, and escalate problems and issues that may impact the project.
  • Use technical tools (queries, process maps, etc.) for problem resolution.
  • Communicate status, solutions, and concerns.
  • Disseminate information in a timely manner within the team.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, develop, and implement best practices.
Training and Development
  • Develop and maintain training materials to support efficient use of EHSS management systems and performance.
  • Increase the effectiveness and capabilities of EHSS Software systems users to become proficient in EHSS data management and usage.

Vantive Job Requirements and Qualifications

  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability to interpret data, achieve process efficiency, and drive improvements.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills with experience in developing EHSS reports and dashboards.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience managing multiple projects and priorities.
  • Demonstrated analytical capability, including the ability to use multiple computer applications (e.g., Tableau, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), and manipulate data to produce clear data analysis reports.
  • Ability to work in a global environment, with cross-functional teams, understanding diverse regulatory requirements, and cultural nuances.
  • Familiarity with business process flow and/or entity relationship modeling.
  • Must be fluent in English and hold a bachelors degree.
