Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the management of EHSS software systems, developing data-driven insights, and driving informed decision-making.

This role requires a strong analytical mindset and project management skills, with experience in developing EHSS reports and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and support Vantive EHSS software systems administration, collaborating effectively with IT to ensure continued availability and reliability of the EHSS systems.
  • Implement, maintain, and optimize EHSS software systems to support global EHSS management, data collection, and reporting.
  • Coordinate teams to ensure EHSS projects alignment and integration.
Data Management and Reporting:
  • Gather, understand, and document business objectives, user requirements, and specifications.
  • Develop system documentation, training material, and training processes.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and confidentiality in EHSS software systems and reports.
Project Management:
  • Develop, analyze, and report Vantive EHSS metrics, results, and sustainability data to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Generate EHSS metrics and dashboard reports to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and support informed business decisions.
Essential Qualifications

A demonstrated ability to solve problems, strong analytical and project management skills, and experience managing multiple projects and priorities are essential qualifications.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and hold a bachelor's degree.
