Key Operations Role

The ideal candidate for this position will be a highly organized and experienced professional with exceptional leadership skills. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in driving efficiency across a nationwide workforce.

In this capacity, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising a team of operations staff, managing end-to-end workforce processes, and overseeing the planning and distribution of operational hours. Your goal will be to ensure consistent service delivery across a diverse workforce while maintaining high levels of productivity.

  • Proven experience in operations/logistics coordination is essential, as is the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
  • Strong leadership skills are necessary to effectively manage a small team (4–5 people) in an operations or scheduling capacity.
  • Proficiency in IT/Excel is required, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English.
  • Comfortable working across multiple functions from administration to on-the-ground operations.
