Overview

Our Organisation would greatly benefit from a member with knowledge of best practice in HR Management ideally but not necessary in the not for profit sector.

Tir na Nog, Ballymun Day Nursery Company Ltd by Guarantee, Sillogue Road, Ballymun, D11 provides a professional pre-school service to 120 children in a DEIS 1 area. We are looking to strengthen our voluntary Board of Directors by inviting a new member to join our Board.

Our vision is to provide a high quality service for children, focusing on their social, emotional, educational, and developmental needs both physically and emotionally. Whilst also facilitating the development of parents to access employment and training.

Role and Responsibilities
  • The role of the new Director is to add to our skillset and expertise of our current Board.
  • Board meetings are held on average at the end of every two months. They are held in the service but Zoom can be arranged for members who may have difficulty physically attending on the day.
Qualifications
  • Knowledge of best practice in HR Management ideal but not necessary in the not-for-profit sector.
