On behalf of a leading real estate developer and investment manager, we are looking to hire a Finance Manager to support the financial operations of its specialist PRS platform.
You'll work closely with senior management in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, contributing to the oversight of a €1bn+ European property portfolio, playing a key role in both day-to-day finance and long-term strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial and operational reporting across residential/ PRS assets
- Annual business planning and investor reporting
- Cashflow management, VAT/tax submissions, and covenant compliance
- Liaise with fund administrators, third-party property managers and auditors
- Support on acquisitions, disposals, financing, and tax structuring
Qualifications:
- ACA/CPA qualified with 2+ years' PQE (real estate or fund experience ideal)
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage competing deadlines in a dynamic environment
- ESG interest or experience an advantage
