Overview

We are recruiting due to high demand We are extending our kitchen team, looking for a Breakfast Chef to join us at The Old Market Bar Bandon. The Old Market Bar Bandon is looking for a full-time and part-time Breakfast Chef who will be in charge of preparing specific food items and meal components at your station.

The Role

This role will be ideal for someone who's looking to move up the kitchen ladder and lead the kitchen in the head chef's days off. You will learn GP's and labor costs in running a kitchen.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the kitchen on the head chef's days off, and assist with daily kitchen operations.
  • Prepare specific food items and meal components at your station.
  • Collaborate with team to maintain quality and efficiency.
Requirements
  • HACCP training is up to date.
  • Passion for food and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Desire to enhance an already great team.
