We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Breakfast Chef to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen brigade, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

This is a full-time role that requires the successful candidate to have at least two years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a four-star hotel or restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess excellent cooking skills, knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

The Breakfast Chef will be responsible for ensuring that all food served meets the highest standards of quality, presentation, and taste. This includes maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to HACCP regulations, and following standardised recipes and preparation methods.

The successful candidate will also be expected to lead by example, demonstrate a positive attitude, and contribute to a team-oriented environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum two years' experience as a Breakfast Chef in a four-star hotel or restaurant
  • Excellent cooking skills and knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
