We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our breakfast team as a Breakfast Buffet Attendant. This role plays a vital part in delivering exceptional service to our guests by providing a welcoming and well-stocked breakfast experience.

This position requires an early riser who is comfortable with morning shifts, meticulous about maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation, and able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be punctual and reliable, and have the ability to multitask effectively. Previous hospitality or buffet service experience is an advantage but not essential, as full training will be provided.

About The Role
  • Start work early with shifts beginning at 6:00 AM to prepare the breakfast buffet area.
  • Set up the cold buffet spread with fresh and appealing products, ensuring everything is presented according to health and safety standards.
  • Continuously monitor and restock buffet items throughout the breakfast service to maintain an inviting and plentiful display.
  • Clear and replenish buffet items promptly after the breakfast service has finished.
  • Conduct regular stock takes and assist with inventory management of breakfast supplies.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of the buffet area, tables, and service equipment before, during, and after service.
Key Qualifications
  • Punctual and reliable with the ability to commit to early morning starts.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to restocking and cleaning.
  • Good communication skills and a friendly, guest-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous hospitality or buffet service experience is an advantage but not essential, as full training will be provided.
