Chef de Partie Job Opportunity

Join a reputable hospitality establishment as an experienced Chef de Partie and be part of a dynamic kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chefs with the overall management of the kitchen.
  • Contribute to producing high-quality dishes in assigned sections, coordinating and supervising other team members.
  • Prepare and garnish all food orders according to menu specifications with proper presentation.
  • Supervise the setup of each item on menus to ensure readiness and standard of food.
  • Prepare dishes for various outlets, including bars, restaurants, conferences, and banquets.
  • Develop new and innovative dishes while adhering to HACCP regulations.
  • Support fellow kitchen staff in maintaining hygiene and storage procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Chef de Partie in a food service environment, preferably in hotels or restaurants.
  • Culinary school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Passion and genuine interest in food.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Good knowledge of HACCP procedures and regulations.
  • Flexibility in working hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Strong command of the English language.
