We're recruiting a Site Agent for a large Road Scheme in Limerick to lead the site team, coordinate resources and logistics to meet project goals.

As Site Agent, you will play a pivotal role in managing all aspects on this project, ensuring delivery to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

As our successful candidate you will be competent in the following areas:

Core Day to Day Duties:

  • Assist Project Manager in for the successful delivery of projects.
  • Coordinate with the works with Foreman and Site engineers.
  • Deliver the project to the specified quality without defects.
  • Ensure production and implementation of programmes, RAMS, Method statements, ITPs in line with Company procedures.
  • Lead daily white board meetings.
  • Production of monthly progress reports, and present to senior management and Client.

Essential Competency:

  • A third level qualification in Engineering.
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in a Site Agent/Senior Engineer role ideally within heavy civil engineering, or infrastructure projects with a main contractor or subcontractor.
  • Excellent communication, people and team management skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate the right behaviours and lead the team to ensure the culture is in line with our Company values.
