Main responsibilities

• To follow agreed Brand Standards for service of Food & Beverage.
• To serve all guests in a friendly, efficient and professional manner.
• To maintain high cleanliness levels in the bar and restaurant.
• To greet all guests warmly and professionally.
• To wear the correct uniform, including name badge, at all times.
• To adhere to grooming standards as outlined in the staff handbook.
• To handle customer complaints professionally and ensure guest satisfaction.
• To report complaints and incidents to the manager or supervisor at the time.
• To welcome guests and ascertain their dining and lodging needs.
• To seat guests and manage the seating chart; monitor restaurant activity for seating and dining flow.
• To respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly.
• To perform opening and closing duties as needed.
• To assist with side work including cleaning, stocking, and folding silverware.
• To collaborate with other team members and departments to maintain positive working relationships.
