Breakfast Service Manager

We are seeking an exceptional leader to manage our breakfast service team. As Breakfast Service Manager, you will oversee the efficient and professional operation of our morning shift, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to company standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Implement superior customer service through standardized operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Maintain a professional image for our customers and team members.
  • Act on customer feedback, including complaints and compliments.
  • Monitor payroll costs and departmental targets.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to control departmental operating costs.
  • Supervise the breakfast service team to ensure effective operation and maintain our brand standards.
  • Comply with statutory and company requirements for Health and Safety, Food Safety, and employment legislation.
  • Foster opportunities for departmental sales and profit growth.
  • Develop and train team members, maintaining accurate training records.
  • Promote upselling throughout all aspects of customer service.
  • Evaluate customer satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
