About the Role:

Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Service: Implement SOPs (standard operating procedures) to deliver superior customer service, developing and implementing effective strategies to meet customer needs.
  2. Department Management: Supervise all aspects of the department, including delivery, service, and food and beverage teams, ensuring efficient and professional operation.
  3. Team Development: Assist in the development and implementation of training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
  4. Compliance: Ensure compliance with statutory and company requirements for Health and Safety, Food Safety, Risk Assessment, Licensing Laws, and Disability.
  5. Profit Maximization: Maximize opportunities for departmental sales and profit, assisting with and suggesting new promotional opportunities to meet and exceed targets.
  6. Communication: Communicate hotel services to guests as required, maintaining high standards of personal hygiene and grooming at all times.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Hospitality or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory role within a hospitality setting.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure.
