Food and Beverage Supervisor Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our guests, ensuring seamless operations, and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional service to all guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Ensure the smooth running of service, taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness and presentation of the cafe, breakfast, dinner, and service areas
  • Monitor and handle payments and operate the till system
  • Support the cafe team with general duties during busy periods
  • Monitor Health and Safety of guests and staff and report any issues or contraventions
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Extensive food knowledge
  • Extensive beverage knowledge, wine, liqueurs
  • F&B skills like cocktail making and high service standards
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for hospitality
  • Qualification in the area of F&B would be desirable
  • Intermediate computer/IT skills
  • Experience with managing people and leading a team
  • Event organising, planning, and running
  • Must be eligible to work in Ireland
