Installation Technician - Three - Tipperary/Limerick

Role Title: Installation Technician

Department: Three

Reports To: Team Manager

Location: Tipperary/Limerick

Role Purpose:

This team is responsible for the installation and service of broadband systems to homes and businesses, delivering exceptional customer service and installation support. Full training is provided. A full driver's license is required.

Principal Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to all Health and Safety procedures, ensuring safety for yourself and team members
  • Install and service broadband products to client standards
  • Achieve KPIs set by the Client and Actavo
  • Deliver excellent customer service and promote the brand positively
Requirements:

  • A full, clean driver's license
