• Retail & Leadership Skills: At least one year of retail experience, ideally with some leadership or sales-driving responsibility.

• Passion for fashion and trends to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
• Ability to create a curated fashion look with product during your shift.

• Ability to conduct piercings and demonstrate patience and empathy, especially with young or anxious customers.
• Proficient in operating a POS system and managing transactions to support smooth store operations.
• Completed some high school and at least one year of retail management experience.
• Physical ability to stand during shifts and lift 11-35kg (25-75lbs).
• Capability to bend, stoop, reach, and climb ladders or step stools while stocking and assisting customers.
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers, employees, and management.
• Mathematical ability for inventory management, sales analysis, and cash handling.
• Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Some stores may require you to work alone at times.
