The Opportunity

Due to growing demand across all three divisions, we're now seeking two Technical Sales Executives ( Leinster and Connacht & Munster ) to join and support our team. This is a client-facing, project-driven role focused on supporting B2B customers with technical and commercial solutions, whether that's prefabricated power systems, smart lighting controls, or AC/DC EV charging infrastructure.

Based in Leinster, the role includes regular site and office visits nationwide and may involve occasional international travel. Company vehicle and expenses provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop sales opportunities across all three divisions:
• Engage with M&E consultants, contractors, and project teams to understand technical and commercial requirements
• Provide tailored technical advice and assist in system selection, specification, and pricing
• Collaborate with internal teams to generate proposals, drawings, and project documentation
• Negotiate commercial terms and manage handover from spec to delivery
• Maintain sales records in Salesforce CRM and report on KPIs
• Attend industry events, CPDs, and trade shows as required
• Stay informed on product innovation, project pipelines, and market trends

What You Bring

• 5+ years in B2B technical sales, preferably within electrical, mechanical, or construction sectors
• Strong knowledge of the M&E project environment and experience working with contractors and consultants
• Technical understanding of electrical systems — wiring, containment, building controls, or EV charging
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working across multiple verticals and balancing a varied workload
• Experience in sectors such as data centres, pharma, sustainable buildings, or smart infrastructure is a strong advantage
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
• A full, clean Irish driver's licence is essential
