Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Document Controller to join a leading construction company on a major project. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, distributing, and maintaining project documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and control all incoming and outgoing project documents in accordance with company standards.
  • Maintain up-to-date document control systems and databases.
  • Upload, track, and distribute documentation via Procore, Aconex, and Hammertech platforms.
  • Ensure correct document formatting, version control, and proper filing.
  • Liaise with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure documentation requirements are met.
  • Monitor document workflows and follow up on outstanding submissions.
  • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with document management policies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years' experience in a Document Controller role within the construction industry.
  • Proven proficiency with Procore, Aconex, and Hammertech (essential).
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
