JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Act as an escalation point for European Transactions, working with Loan Agency support staff to manage and communicate deal information and ensure workflow adherence.
  • Review and negotiate administrative provisions within Credit Agreements and oversee updates to the Agency system.
  • Manage deal-related fees, including calculation, invoicing, and disbursement.
  • Coordinate funds movement related to funding and closing, managing closings for lenders transferring positions by assignment, and liaising with borrowers and lenders.
  • Maintain ongoing facility commitments and process related activities such as rollovers, rate settings, conversions, prepayments, and amendments using KPI reports.
  • Ensure timely collection and disbursement of payments, utilizing loan system tools.
  • Serve as an escalation point for borrowers and lenders, ensuring compliance with Credit Agreements.
  • Maintain expertise in relevant portfolios and documentation.
  • Identify and develop future leaders, mentoring and building team strengths.
  • Build partnerships internally and externally.
  • Train and coach support staff on loan lifecycle, documentation, industry standards, and client workflows.
  • Recruit, develop, and lead professional teams.
  • Participate in strategic initiatives to improve practices and efficiencies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • BA/BS in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
  • 5+ years in investment management operations or bank loan agency/syndication.
  • Strong research, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Bloomberg and loan analysis tools.
