As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in sourcing and placing top-tier talent in the healthcare sector. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Building and managing relationships with healthcare professionals and clients.
  • Sourcing top talent through job ads, databases, and networking.
  • Screening CVs, interviewing candidates, and matching the right person to the right role.
  • Managing your recruitment desk in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs.
  • Ambitious, results-driven, and ready to own your success.
  • 1–2 years of work experience - customer-facing roles or sales roles are an advantage (experience in recruitment is not necessary).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships.
  • Resilient, confident communicator, and self-motivated.
