Skilled Renovation Worker Wanted – C&Y Renovations (Cork, Ireland)

About Us:

At C&Y Renovations, we specialize in high-quality full home and commercial renovations – from bathrooms and kitchens to complete property refurbishments. We are currently looking for a skilled and reliable professional to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general masonry, metal stud framing, plasterboard installation, wall plastering, tiling and painting.
  • Handle full renovations, including bathroom refits and complete remodels.
  • Take responsibility for small to medium-sized projects independently.
  • Ensure clean, safe, and organized work areas.
  • Use tools and equipment safely and effectively.
  • Report progress and issues directly to the site supervisor or company owner.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in full renovations.
  • Strong skills in the areas listed above.
  • Valid driving license and ability to travel around Cork.
  • Punctual, responsible, and capable of working without supervision.
  • English is not required, but quick adaptation and communication skills are essential. In the company we have Spanish; portugueses and Croatian speakers to support.
  • Experience managing small projects is a strong advantage.
