Project Financial Controller

We are seeking a proactive and commercially astute Project Finance Controller to join our Dublin team. This role is at the heart of our projects—partnering closely with Project Managers, cross-functional teams, and suppliers to ensure financial success from initial negotiation through to final delivery. You'll have the opportunity to influence decisions, drive efficiencies, and make a tangible impact on the performance of our operations.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to deliver clear, insightful project financial analysis from negotiation to completion.
- Work with sourcing and leadership teams to develop annual budgets and maintain accurate monthly rolling forecasts.
- Collaborate with business partners and vendors to identify and deliver cost reductions in services and logistics.
- Review contract clauses and terms from a finance perspective, ensuring they align with business objectives.
- Uphold internal financial policies, controls, and compliance standards.
- Support wider Ireland finance operations as required.
- 1–3 years' experience in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or similar discipline.
- Strong team player with adaptability, self-drive, and a sense of ownership.
- Meticulous attention to detail, hands-on approach, and high efficiency.
- Excellent English communication skills (Mandarin Chinese is an advantage).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; Oracle system experience and Power BI skills are desirable.
- Interest in the ICT and Energy sectors.
- Eligible to work in Ireland full-time with no restrictions. Must be an EU citizen.
