The Role

We are looking for a committed service driven individual, customer focused and reliable to join our team in the restaurant and bar as an Assistant with experience in the Food & Beverage industry.

Your Main Duties May Include
  • Ensures all customers are greeted and seated with courtesy and warmth
  • Ensure guests are checked frequently and are happy with food, drinks and service
  • Provides menus to guests and takes food/drinks orders
  • Delivers food from the kitchen to guests at the table
  • Assists in the preparations of beverages, both hot and cold
  • Ensures cash handling procedures are thorough and secure
  • Maintains a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness of the restaurant
Skills & Specifications
  • Proven hospitality and restaurant experience
  • A good command of English, written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with design and creative agencies
  • An excellent attention to detail and excellent multitasking ability
  • Enthusiasm, positive approach and ability to work well under pressure
  • Fully flexible, available mornings, evenings and weekends
