Overview

The Trinity City Hotel 4* are currently recruiting for experienced Food & Beverage Assistants. We are proud to welcome guests from Ireland and around the world, all year long, and provide them with the best experience. Ideal candidates will be passionate about both food & beverage, friendly and enthusiastic. Full & Part Time positions available. As part of the MHL Hotel Collection, Trinity City Hotel is a boutique four star hotel in the heart of Dublin City centre, just a few minutes stroll from Grafton Street. Home to 262 guest bedrooms; 2 meeting rooms; the Courtyard Restaurant & Brunswick Bar. A great opportunity is now available to join the talented Food & Beverage team here at the hotel.

Main Responsibilities
  • Work in all areas of Food and Beverage including Bar, Restaurant, Room Service and Meeting & Events.
  • Take and deliver customer orders, consistently demonstrating high levels of customer service.
  • Prepare set ups for tables and/or rooms.
  • Follow cash handling procedures.
  • Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure compliance of departmental SOPs.
  • Ensure cleanliness of work areas.
  • Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation.
  • Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships.
The Ideal Candidate
  • To have at least 1 year of Food & Beverage experience in a 4* environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service.
  • Excellent grooming standards.
  • Fluent level of spoken and written English essential.
