Overview

The Trinity City Hotel 4* is recruiting for experienced Food & Beverage Assistants. We proudly welcome guests from Ireland and around the world, year-round, and aim to provide them with the best possible experience. Ideal candidates will be passionate about both food & beverage, friendly and enthusiastic. Full & Part Time positions are available. The Trinity City Hotel is a boutique four star hotel in the heart of Dublin City centre, with 262 guest bedrooms, 2 meeting rooms, the Courtyard Restaurant & Brunswick Bar.

Responsibilities
  • Work in all areas of Food and Beverage including Bar, Restaurant, Room Service and Meeting & Events.
  • Take and deliver customer orders, consistently demonstrating high levels of customer service.
  • Prepare set ups for tables and/or rooms.
  • Follow cash handling procedures.
  • Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure compliance with departmental SOPs.
  • Ensure cleanliness of work areas.
  • Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation.
  • Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships.
Ideal Candidate
  • At least 1 year of Food & Beverage experience in a 4* environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service.
  • Excellent grooming standards.
  • Fluent level of spoken and written English.
