General Assistant - Food and Beverage Role

We are seeking a motivated General Assistant to join our Food and Beverage team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment, as well as gaining extensive knowledge of proper kitchen equipment use and cleaning techniques.

Responsibilities Include:

  1. Maintaining high standards of personal hygiene
  2. Providing excellent customer service skills
  3. Working on own initiative or as part of a team
  4. Gaining knowledge of food hygiene including HACCP
  5. Demonstrating dedication and self-motivation
  6. Showcasing good timekeeping

Requirements:

  1. At least 1 year's experience in a similar environment
  2. Customer service experience
  3. Food hygiene experience
  4. Previous experience in porterage, catering, cleaning, or housekeeping
