Excellent Salary: depending on experience

The Role:

  • Client billing and WIP and Accounts Receivable report management;
  • Diary and email management
  • Co-ordinating travel arrangements and meetings
  • Processing Expenses
  • Production, editing and formatting of legal documents and templates
  • Maintaining and updating client database
  • Ad-hoc duties as required

The Candidate:

  • 3+ years' experience as a Legal Secretary PA/EA;
  • In-depth experience with Client Billing/Payments systems;
  • Excellent IT Skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power point;
  • Typing skills of at least 70 words per minute;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritise workload;
  • Team player, who can also work on their own initiative;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • High degree of attention to detail.
