Our SAP practice is experiencing an exciting period of growth. We are interested in hearing from experienced SAP professionals who would like to take their careers to the next level. As a Manager/Senior Manager, you will become a key member of our SAP team. Your role will be focused primarily on the delivery of SAP services to a large global client implementing SAP S/4HANA. Secondary focus will be on support and broader practice development. In this role, you will help develop high-performing individuals and teams, leading and supporting them to deliver exceptional client services.

Your key responsibilities

  • Participating in design workshops to gain a clear understanding of our client's industry and business requirements.
  • Provide strategic direction for SAP Utilities architecture, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to define and execute the SAP Utilities roadmap.
  • Lead the design and implementation of SAP Utilities solutions, considering best practices and industry standards.
  • Drive the development and maintenance of the SAP Utilities architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and flexibility.
  • Oversee SAP Utilities projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Producing key project deliverables including, design and configuration documentation, functional specs, data migration specs, test scripts, training materials etc.
  • Sharing knowledge of best practice within the SAP team and across other firm disciplines.

To qualify for the role, you must have:

  • A third level qualification in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience delivering SAP Utilities projects in modules such as ISU (IDE, CCS, Billing & Invoicing), FI-CA, PM, CS, PS.
  • Experience of engaging with CxO stakeholders, articulating cloud value propositions and business cases.
  • Knowledge of SAP Workflows and BPEM is a plus.
  • Experience with, or demonstrable understanding of, S/4HANA best practice processes, key benefits, and implementation scenarios.
  • Proven experience in leading team planning for all project phases.
  • Strong ability to lead, mentor and motivate teams, adopting a collaborative and supportive approach.
  • Proven ability to build and leverage relationships with senior-level clients.

Ideally, you also will have:

  • Relevant SAP certifications in Utilities or related modules.
  • Proven ability to think strategically and translate business requirements into effective SAP Utilities solutions.
