Role and Responsibilities
  • Provide an efficient reception experience, including check-in/out and audit procedures.
  • Manage phone reservations and handle customer inquiries.
  • Deliver excellent service, build guest relationships, and exceed expectations.
  • Address guest issues promptly and effectively.
  • Handle cash procedures in line with company policy.
  • Perform general office duties to ensure smooth reception operations.
  • Stay updated on room prices and special offers to inform guests accurately.
Candidate Requirements
  • This is a full-time position.
  • Good command of English, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to sell the Harvey's Point Experience naturally.
  • Confident, well-groomed, with a pleasant disposition.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Hotsoft PMS is an advantage.
