Overview

PM Group are currently looking for a BIM Lead to provide BIM support, Project setup, Maintenance and Federation for users/projects. This person can be based in our Dublin or Cork office.

Responsibilities

The roles/responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  1. BIM Project set-up and support/admin for a multi discipline project across multiple application platforms. (AutoCAD, Revit, NavisWorks etc.)
  2. BIM integration/interoperability with internal design team members and external vendors
  3. Governing and or maintain BIM360/ACC models and reporting in line with project requirements.
  4. Integrate and Coordinate Third Party Models with PM Group Models where required
  5. Accountable for the compliance of all documentation and models with internal and client procedures
  6. Champion coordination Meetings between project stakeholders
  7. Responsible for the issuing of BIM Documentation.
  8. Define Project Coordinate System and assist others in execution
  9. Training and mentoring both on and off the project
  10. Lead meetings to resolve any issues that arise
  11. Assist BIM Department Manager
  12. Responsible for adhering to BIM Lead RACI
Qualifications
  1. Ideally Level 8 qualification in a relevant field or 5+ years' experience in the industry
  2. Have led BIM teams/people management experience
  3. Experience within the engineering/construction industry of medium to large capital projects is advantageous.
  4. Very good experience using of BIM software is necessary – Revit, NavisWorks and AutoCAD.
  5. As you will work with many different people daily, it is important that you have good communication skills both verbal and written and ability to work within a multi-discipline team environment.
