Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts Support
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate accounting records.
- Maintain and update financial spreadsheets and databases.
- Prepare financial reports for management.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings.
- Assist with financial audits and compliance-related tasks.
- Processing & Recording Company Expenses & Revenue Returns.
- Process and review vendor invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Ensure timely payments to vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
- Maintain and update vendor records.
- Reconcile and resolve discrepancies in accounts payable.
- Work closely with Procurement to resolve queries timely.
- Manage customer invoices and ensure timely collections.
- Track overdue accounts and follow up with customers as necessary.
- Process customer payments and update accounts accordingly.
- Maintain customer records and assist with credit management.
- Proven experience in accounting, administrative support, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and general accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software, SAP B1 knowledge desirable.
- Strong Excel skills, including the ability to work with formulas and data analysis.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial data.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of business management processes and financial reporting.
- Qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is a plus.
- Knowledge of tax compliance and labour laws.
- Bank payments and reconciliations.
- Project environment a plus.
- Part of the SAP B1 roll out.
- Cover across MMT locations.
- Coordination of customer on-site visits.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and reliable.
- Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
