About the Role

What You'll Do

• As a Relief Kitchen Assistant, you'll support our kitchen team in delivering nutritious, high-quality meals that enhance the daily lives of our residents.
• Assist in the preparation and service of meals and beverages
• Support the Cook/Chef in preparing fresh, wholesome food and home baking
• Help maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment
• Wash and sanitise cookware, utensils, crockery, and kitchen equipment
• Monitor stock levels and advise on kitchen supplies when needed
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times
• Perform cleaning duties such as equipment, surfaces, appliances, and windows
