The Opportunity
We have opportunities within our Core Functions HR team and the Consulting Transformation, HR and Change teams. These are dynamic roles which will involve you supporting a broad range of assignments and areas of human resources. These roles form part of our graduate programme and are initially offered on a 2–3 year basis, with the potential to become permanent after that.
It is envisaged that the successful candidate will be tasked with:
- Providing end-to-end administrative support for recruitment campaigns
- Assisting with the provision of appropriate advice across a range of HR topics to clients or line managers
- Assisting with learning and development activities such as arranging and scheduling training
- Work collaboratively with more senior members on the team on more complex requirements
- Drafting contracts of employment and employment policies & procedures
- Providing assistance on strategic projects as required.
- Administrative support on reporting requirements
- Providing support to other service lines or internal projects as required.
- Any other relevant duties that arise
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- An appropriate third level qualification in a relevant business discipline, such as Human Resources, Psychology or Organisational Development
- Have a minimum of 6 to 12 months HR experience
- Excellent attention to detail and report writing skills;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications;
- A good work ethic with a positive, can do attitude and approach to work
- Desirable - experience within a professional services firm
- Desirable - qualification or keen interest in employment law
