We're hiring for a HR Assistant to support our growing HR team

To keep up with our growth in the UK and Ireland, we're looking for a dedicated HR Assistant to join our dynamic HR team. You will be responsible for providing HR support to the HR Advisors across UK&I and the wider HR Team. You will be supporting with all areas of HR including HR queries, onboarding and offboarding and various HR admin tasks including ad hoc project work as required.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Good communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Good planning and organisational skills.
  • Good knowledge of employment law.
  • Good understanding of HR Processes.
  • Experience with day-to-day HR practices.
  • Good influencing skills.
  • Experience of Office 365.
  • Competent Excel skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritise workload and be self-motivated.
  • Ability to manage a high workload of competing priorities.
  • Excellent attention to detail.

Using these skills, you'll be:

  • Able to support the HR Advisors across UK&I with all areas of HR administration
  • Able to provide HR support to the wider HR team as required (L&D, Talent & Senior Managers)
  • Working across the HR Team to support continuous improvement with a focus of reviewing current policies, processes and procedures, identifying opportunities for efficiency across the wider team
  • Managing accurate HR records and reports ensuring data integrity
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key contacts within NFP, demonstrating professional credibility.
  • Assist with queries from employees on the HR Portal
