Every child is different and so is the support and guidance they receive to help them navigate their journey to independence and adulthood.
As a Social Care Unit Manager you will oversee the successful operations of one of our clients residential homes. Reporting to the regional manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the home is a safe and comfortable environment for young people, nurturing growth and positive development whilst meeting company standards and national regulations.
Requirements:
- Level 7 or 8 in Social Care or a management qualification suitable for a health or social care setting
- Full drivers licence and access to own transport
- 3 years experience of working at social care grade with children/young persons
- Experience leading teams within the health or social care setting
