Your impact

In the role of Governance Administrator, you will assume responsibility for assisting the project leadership team in the development and implementation of a robust control framework for the program and establishing standardised protocols, ensuring that they are applied across all contracts. You will governance activities across the project lifecycle through to completion on a key infrastructure National project.

BusConnects is a strategic national-level intervention for Ireland that will enhance sustainable transportation and the environment by upgrading walking, cycling and bus infrastructure in Dublin, Cork, Limerick, Galway, and Waterford. We have been appointed by the National Transport Authority (NTA) as their Client Partner to deliver Dublin's BusConnects infrastructure. This will include providing programme management and multi-disciplinary expertise over a 10-year programme to deliver 12 schemes comprising 230 kilometres of continuous bus priority corridors and 200 kilometres of cycle paths and improved pedestrian facilities from procurement through to handover of this new infrastructure.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years' governance/ administration experience on infrastructure/ civil or public service projects
  • Fully proficient in the use of MS Office applications and other project tools
  • Influencing the improvement of processes and providing guidance to support project delivery
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to govern and drive outcomes to ensure high quality service delivery
