Our client is seeking a Senior Associate in Employment to join their thriving team in Dublin. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with an international award-winning employment team, providing a mix of contentious, non-contentious and corporate support work. The successful candidate will have the chance to attend events and raise their profile in the market. The company is open to someone who wants to move into a Partner role, as there is a need on the team for another Partner soon. They are also open to flexible working arrangements.

What you'll do:

  • Support the Head of Employment in all aspects of employment and labour law
  • Involve in corporate transactions, advisory and litigation work
  • Coordinate cross-border projects including compliance and restructurings
  • Advise in a way that supports strategic objectives whilst being practical and commercial
  • Become involved in numerous business development opportunities
  • Work closely with colleagues across the International Employment Group

What you bring:

*** Be a Solicitor admitted in Ireland, England or Wales.

  • Proven experience in employment and labour law
  • Experience at an international or large domestic law firm
  • Prior experience of coordinating cross border projects
  • Ability to advise in a way that supports strategic objectives whilst being practical and commercial
  • Strong interpersonal skills for business development opportunities
  • Willingness to travel for work
