Role Profile:
- You will be responsible for advising on a range of contentious and non-contentious employment law issues, working closely with the firm's key clients in Ireland and Overseas.
- You will work across a range of industry sectors including: manufacturing, technology, biotech/pharma and financial services.
- You will work as part of a specialist employment law team.
- You will advise on a wide range of employment issues including:dismissals, defending High Court injunctions and WRC claims, workforce restructuring, discrimination, workplace investigations, disciplinary procedures, performance management, enforceability of post-termination restrictive covenants, managing sickness absence and other day to day employment issues.
- You will be responsible for mentoring junior members of the team.
Candidate Requirements:
- Candidates will be experienced Employment lawyers at Senior Associate level.
- You will be a 'client focused' lawyer with excellent technical abilities in Employment law.
- Candidates will ideally have a mix of both contentious and non-contentious employment law experience.
