Senior Pricing Analyst - Aircraft Leasing

Location: Dublin

The Opportunity

Our client is seeking a Pricing Analyst to join our Dublin-based team, supporting the execution of complex aviation transactions. Working closely with Origination, Capital Markets & Trading, and OEM teams, you will play a critical role in delivering commercial, strategic, and financial insights that shape high-value deals.

What You'll Do:

  • Deal Execution: Partner with cross-functional teams on a variety of transactions, including sale & leaseback, placements, remarketing, restructurings, trading, and OEM negotiations.
  • Build bespoke financial models and deliver tailored analysis to guide investment decisions and portfolio management.
  • Translate modelling outputs into actionable insights, communicating effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Apply sector knowledge and commercial judgement to influence deal structures and financial outcomes.
  • Align transactions with business plan targets and profitability hurdles.
  • Assess the impact of aircraft maintenance and technical factors on deal economics.
  • Analyse accounting and P&L implications, offering clear recommendations.
  • Contribute to Approval Committee papers and share expertise to support team colleagues.
  • Develop and analyse transaction models to evaluate returns, cashflows, maintenance costs, accounting impacts, and aircraft valuations.
  • Contribute to long-term projects aimed at enhancing models, tools, and processes that drive efficiency and organisational success.

About You

  • 2-4 years pricing experience;
  • Advantageous if you have an Aircraft leasing background;
  • Open to Banking / Structured Finance
