Hours of Work
Monday - Friday 8.30 am - 5.00 pm (Full Time / Perm position)

Responsibilities
- Processing of customer sales orders, confirming order price and delivery dates and the agreed turnaround time
- Chase and follow up on estimated arrival times from the purchasing team and advising customers with updates
- Managing back orders to strict deadlines
- Dealing with all customer queries to the required standard
- Supporting the customer service, technical support and showroom teams with other customer requirements when necessary
- Involvement in standards improvements and progression with the customer experience manager
- Promote products and offer alternatives that will benefit our customers
- Support and liaise with purchasing on the order/sales trends of customers for forecast/budgetary purposes
- Maintaining excellent customer relationships
- Build and maintain excellent product knowledge
- Ensure effective communication with all departments
- Liaising closely with the warehouse and finance teams on outgoing orders and customer returns
Requirements
- Proven experience in dealing with customer queries to the point of resolution
- Excellent customer facing, telephone and electronic communication with a proven ability to be able to listen to customer queries and respond appropriately
- Proven ability to solve problems and exude calmness under pressure
- Well organised and excellent attention to detail
- Third level qualification in business or related field is desirable
