Abtran is currently hiring Customer Service Advisors. Reporting to the Team Leader, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.

How you will spend your day:

  • Providing relevant advice to customers primarily by phone, as well as through other communication channels such as email, post, webchat, and social media platforms.
  • Using your product knowledge to resolve customer issues.
  • Staying updated with business and product information.
  • Managing a database through accurate and efficient data entry.
  • Adhering strictly to data protection and confidentiality laws.
  • Performing ad hoc duties as required.
  • Having previous customer service experience.
  • Exhibiting excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Possessing strong computer skills.
  • Demonstrating the ability to effectively resolve problems.
  • Working well independently or as part of a team.
  • Remote Working Requirements:
  • While this role may be remote during COVID-19, applicants must reside in the Republic of Ireland.
  • Having an appropriate remote work setup, including a quiet space with no distractions, and access to stable/secure mobile coverage and high-speed internet, is essential.
