The 4-star Glenroyal Hotel & Leisure Club is seeking a customer-focused Leisure Club Receptionist to join our fantastic team. Conveniently located just a short stroll from Maynooth town centre and only a 25-minute drive from Dublin City Centre, the Glenroyal Hotel is easily accessible via national rail and bus services.
RoleAs a Leisure Club Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our members and guests. You will be responsible for providing a warm welcome, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the leisure club reception, and delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities- Meeting & greeting customers in a professional & friendly manner
- Register new members and handle membership queries
- Answer and manage incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Checking in & out members and guests
- Responding to all customer queries & requests
- Handle and resolve customer complaints where appropriate
- Work closely with other team members to ensure a smooth operation
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Minimum 1 year experience working at a busy reception
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Team Player with a positive attitude
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, up to 5 days over 7
- 1 paid volunteering day per year
