Senior Vice President, Data Transformation Client Lead

About the Team & Business Line:

Fund Administration is Citco's core business, with a highly respected alternative asset and accounting service. Our investment in learning and technology ensures our team delivers a seamless client experience.

As a key member of our Data Transformation team, you will collaborate with industry professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures.

Your Role:

  1. Serve as the primary relationship partner and key contact for high-profile clients on data initiatives.
  2. Facilitate communication between clients and technical teams by gathering and documenting business requirements.
  3. Lead Data Transformation projects, supporting a high-quality client experience from start to finish.
  4. Build and support a team that manages client relationships and data initiatives.
  5. Provide client-facing materials demonstrating expertise in data technologies.
  6. Support RFP responses to foster future partnerships.
  7. Apply accounting and finance knowledge to data solutions.
  8. Maintain a client-driven approach, fostering long-term relationships.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements.
  10. Collaborate with leadership to identify areas for improvement based on client feedback.

About You:

  1. 10+ years' experience with data and in financial services.
  2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline.
  5. Experience with scripting languages and finance tools.
  6. Knowledge of data integration, ETL, and data modeling.
  7. Familiarity with Atlassian products and AWS preferred.
  8. Strong analytical skills for data preparation and cleaning.
  9. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  10. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is beneficial.
  11. Client-facing and business development experience required.
  12. Knowledge of financial products and fund administration is beneficial.
  13. Strategic mindset to enhance client experience through new processes or technologies.
  14. Ability to influence and persuade.
