The Team

The Risk Operations Enablement team sits within the Risk Operations org and is responsible for partnering across Risk teams. Our mission is to enable users to seamlessly meet evolving compliance standards in a complex regulatory environment. More specifically, our team focuses on Program management, User Insights, and Operational Efficiency. As an enablement function, we work with stakeholders across Operations, Product, Eng, GTM, and others. If you enjoy high-impact, end-to-end programs and advocating for users, you'll fit this role.

What you'll do
  • Lead complex global programs, from initial scoping to design and execution, and work on high-impact strategic initiatives
  • Create structured approaches to user feedback and insights to improve programs and user experience
  • Design and launch projects that lead to step-change improvements in operational processes and business outcomes
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to scope and execute large projects that improve operational efficiencies and top-line metrics
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for working teams and build relationships with progressively more senior stakeholders
  • Embody our Operating Principles and foster Stripe's values and culture
Who you are

You are a strategic operator and powerful storyteller. You have significant experience writing 1-pagers, developing slide decks, and using data visualization tools. You pride yourself on solving problems and driving outcomes.

Minimum Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, strategy & operations, or go-to-market strategy
  • Self-starter; works independently to drive outcomes
  • Bias toward action and high accountability for outcomes
  • Strong project and program leadership, ability to articulate strategy and project plans
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present to senior stakeholders
  • Strong data analysis skills; proficient with large datasets and storytelling with data
  • High willingness to learn and receive feedback
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years in consulting
  • MBA preferred
  • Prior experience partnering with Product and Eng teams preferred
In-office expectations

Office expectations vary by location and role. Some locations may require significant in-office presence to support users and workflows; hiring managers will discuss specifics.

Pay and benefits

The annual salary range for this role in the primary location is €86,400 - €129,600. Salary ranges may change by location and job level. Benefits may include equity, company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses, retirement plans, health benefits, and wellness stipends. Details discussed during the interview process.
