Global Enablement Opportunity
As a seasoned enablement professional, you will spearhead the creation and delivery of global onboarding and career progression programs that empower employees with compelling experiences and knowledge. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to craft a holistic employee experience that drives growth from onboarding through career development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Co-designing comprehensive onboarding programs to facilitate new hires' ramp-up into their roles.
- Ensuring seamless and engaging onboarding experiences for all new hires by coordinating schedules.
- Developing foundational resources, including playbooks, training materials, and toolkits, to support onboarding programs worldwide.
- Creating leadership development programming that equips managers with the skills to lead high-performing teams.
- Partnering with HR business partners to establish performance management guidelines, career ladders, and bridge programs that foster career growth and leadership development.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in Sales Enablement, Learning & Development, or a related field in a software organization.
- Experience in delivering both in-person and remote training.
- Ability to design self-paced learning interventions.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and senior leadership communication skills.
