
Sales Enablement Strategist

This role plays a pivotal part in the success of our client's modern sales organisation, bridging the gap between Sales, Marketing and the business to unify processes, systems, data and sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and track sales enablement programs, ensuring seamless alignment across multiple sales teams and measuring impact on revenue outcomes.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive sales playbooks, process documentation, and workflow guides to support consistent sales execution.
- Provide actionable insights and reporting on the effectiveness of sales campaigns, tools, and training initiatives.
- Ensure CRM and enablement tools are fully integrated, optimised, and adopted by the sales organisation.
- Partner with sales leaders to prepare and deliver regular business reviews, highlighting enablement impact and ROI.
- Manage cross-functional projects that enhance sales processes, systems, and team productivity.
- Capture best practices, lessons learned, and enablement success stories to continuously improve programs.
- Build and manage dashboards, reports, and analytics that provide sales leaders with real-time visibility into pipeline health, conversion rates, and performance against targets.
- 1+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations or a related field
- Proactive mindset with a focus on driving action and results
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels across the business
- Familiarity with Salesforce and marketing/sales tools
- Ideal experience in analytics tools such as PowerBi, Excel, CRM but if not must have a data-driven mindset and be willing to learn
- Detail-oriented and proactive with a continuous improvement mindset
