Strategic Sales Enablement Specialist

This role plays a pivotal part in the success of our client's modern sales organisation, bridging the gap between Sales, Marketing and the business to unify processes, systems, data and sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and track sales enablement programs, ensuring seamless alignment across multiple sales teams and measuring impact on revenue outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive sales playbooks, process documentation, and workflow guides to support consistent sales execution.
  • Provide actionable insights and reporting on the effectiveness of sales campaigns, tools, and training initiatives.
  • Ensure CRM and enablement tools are fully integrated, optimised, and adopted by the sales organisation.
  • Partner with sales leaders to prepare and deliver regular business reviews, highlighting enablement impact and ROI.
  • Manage cross-functional projects that enhance sales processes, systems, and team productivity.
  • Capture best practices, lessons learned, and enablement success stories to continuously improve programs.
  • Build and manage dashboards, reports, and analytics that provide sales leaders with real-time visibility into pipeline health, conversion rates, and performance against targets.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations or a related field
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on driving action and results
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels across the business
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and marketing/sales tools
  • Ideal experience in analytics tools such as PowerBi, Excel, CRM but if not must have a data-driven mindset and be willing to learn
  • Detail-oriented and proactive with a continuous improvement mindset
