As a senior sales strategist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving performance excellence within the organization.

The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in sales operations, finance, or compensation planning, preferably in a high-growth B2B or SaaS environment.

You will design and develop global, regional, and individual quota models by segment, sub-region, and director, ensuring that plans are aligned with revenue targets, sales rhythms, and strategic objectives across various teams.

You will also create annual compensation plans that align with sales objectives, revenue targets, and behavioral drivers, partnering with sales administrators to implement quotas and ensure monthly reporting reflects the plan accurately.

Your responsibilities will include calculating monthly commissions, managing incentive payout models, providing timely accruals and transaction-level reporting, tracking and analyzing KPIs to assess sales performance and incentive effectiveness.
