Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

- 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media, or marketing roles.

- Fluent communication in English, Dutch, and French to support client relationships in this region.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in strategic assessment and achieving client success through sales techniques such as questioning, objection handling, and engaged selling.

- Experience managing digital advertising campaigns focused on performance marketing.

- Knowledge of online marketing strategies and tactics.

- Ability to manage a portfolio in advertising or media sales in the Netherlands or Belgium and consistently overachieve quotas.

- Strong storytelling skills for client engagement.

- Deliver excellent customer sales experiences and meet business objectives.

- Maintain stakeholder relationships with customers and agencies.
