Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

- 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing roles.

- Ability to communicate fluently in English, Dutch, and French to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience in assessing and achieving client success through sales techniques, including questioning, objection handling, and engaged selling.

- Experience managing digital advertising campaigns focused on performance marketing.

- Knowledge of online marketing strategies and tactics.

- Ability to manage a portfolio in advertising or media sales in the Netherlands or Belgium and consistently overachieve quotas.

- Ability to craft compelling narratives and use storytelling for client engagement.

Responsibilities

- Achieve quarterly business and product growth goals.

- Manage a portfolio of medium and large businesses, understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities, managing risks, and planning for achievement.

- Proactively pitch and consult with customers on digital marketing strategies and budgets.

- Support customer growth by delivering excellent sales experiences and meeting marketing objectives.

- Build relationships with stakeholders and end customers or agencies.
