Enablement Specialist Role

About the Opportunity:

We seek a skilled and experienced Enablement Specialist to join our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive onboarding programs and leadership development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver tailored onboarding programs to support new hires in their roles.
  • Develop engaging training sessions that equip managers with the skills to lead high-performing teams.
  • Collaborate with HR business partners to create performance management guidance and career development resources.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in Sales Enablement, Learning & Development, or a related field in a SaaS organization.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver training sessions in-person and remotely.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
